Anitra Ritchie, founder of Heart Spark Worship Ministries, is passionate about helping worship leaders and teams ignite their purpose and connect others to the presence of God. Born into a family steeped in music and faith, Anitra’s journey began early, shaped by her grandfather’s quartet singing and her mother’s musical gifts. From humming herself to sleep as a child to leading worship in her high school and college years, music has been Anitra’s constant companion and refuge.
Through personal trials, including the loss of her sister and battles with depression, Anitra discovered the transformative power of worship. It became her lifeline and calling—a way to encounter God and lead others into His presence. Anitra’s experiences as a worship leader, chaplain, and ministry leader have equipped her to inspire others to cultivate dynamic worship cultures.
Heart Spark Worship Ministries was born out of this journey, offering tools and training to empower worship leaders and teams. Whether through skill development, community building, or deepening spiritual foundations, Anitra is dedicated to helping others create authentic worship experiences that leave lasting impacts.
